Design-Build
Design-Assist
Our Design-Build process has RHC directing a team of architects, engineers, builders, and consultants to implement a cohesive product that aligns with the clients objectives. We are able to streamline communication, provide a variety of budget options, reduce project risk, and accelerate timelines.
Design-Assist is a delivery method where the construction team is enlisted by the owner to consult on specific scopes of work with the architectural/engineering team. This service is useful in both the design and construction phases to build client satisfaction.
Construction Management
RHC provides complete construction management services including property and site evaluation, pre-construction planning, vendor identification, and commissioning oversight. Maintenance Contracts
